Please note that it is necessary to remove the plastic covers on both ends of the shower hose for the handheld showerhead to securely sit in the shower bracket. If there is a leak at the connection, please check if there is a rubber washer placed at the connection and if it is placed flat. You can also try replacing the washer with the spare gasket provided in the hose bag. When switching modes, there may be brief dripping due to residual water in the waterway, but it will stop after 1-2 minutes.
